Currently, a unique and small-scaled resort is being developed on the plantation land of the Klein Sint Michiel Mansion. The resort consists of eighteen Caribbean designer villas. One of these villas could be yours.
Your villa will have an exclusive design with a modern Caribbean appearance designed by the award-winning architect Cees den Heijer. The living area, raised by stilts, and the underlying porch make the villa an experience in itself. It allows for beautiful views of the St. Michielsberg and its surrounding nature. The separate double rooms are attached to their own bathroom and outside shower. Here you can enjoy your private shower under the stars, and surrounded by nature.
Investest in Durability
The villas are built according to European standards and using sustainable materials. The kitchens, built-in appliances and bathroom fixtures are also all European.
The first villas have been finished and the sales are off to a great start. This is your chance to own a unique villa in an equally unique location on Curacao. You may choose to profit from it by renting it out to others, or by (partially) enjoying it for your personal use.
There are two types of villas that can be altered to everyone’s own taste. You may choose an existing villa or opt for building your own personalised villa. For the interior, you go for turnkey or decorate it yourself.
RESORT
Has the word resort completely put you off? Not to worry. In our case a resort doesn’t mean wristbands and an all you can eat buffet dinner. Instead, it refers to a gated community, small and exclusive. A place that will provide peace, inspiration, reflection and relaxation.
Bohémi Resort offers endless enjoyment of peace and nature. It is located on the land that belongs to the authentic mansion Klein Sint Michiel.
It has a central swimming pool with a lounge area and sun terrace. Start your day with a refreshing splash or end your day by the pool with one of our homemade cocktails.
The villas are surrounded by ancient trees and lie right next to the Saliña of Boca Sami with its
exotic pink flamingos. The surroundings are part of a protected nature area with a wide variety of extraordinary wildlife. Enjoy colourful birds and experience nature at its best.

Management and Maintenance
Does running your own holiday home seem like too much of a hassle? Bohémi Resort Services can (partially) take the management, the renting and maintenance of your villa, off your hands. There is no need for you to worry about organising the cleaning or servicing from a distance. Your villa will always be in perfect condition as you arrive.
Rental
Renting out a villa can be very time consuming: Marketing, contact with guests, collecting the rent, updating social media, and the maintenance of the villas. Bohémi Resort Services can take these tasks off your hands. This way, you will be able to enjoy you holiday home to the fullest.
Bohémi Resort Services organises the rental of multiple villas. Therefore, we can offer your guests extra services like a private chef, home massages, beach barbeques, organised hikes, diving exhibitions and a lot more!

Curacao lies beyond the hurricane belt. For this reason, its climate is great with temperatures between 30 and 35 degrees all year round.

The Blue Ray Golf Course lies just around the corner from your villa. Besides this, Boca Sami is home to a few of the best diving shops on the island.
